Life is Poetic
The series Life is Poetic focuses on the hardships, humor, and joyous moments I encounter in my daily life. I’ve combined photographic images and poetry to evoke emotions I usually keep to myself. The use of poetry and images is also an aid in the visualization of the constant chaos of our world.

Throughout my life poetry has helped me come to terms with experiences that are not very easily digestible, those that I wish not to forget, and those which I find humorous. The content in this series consists of intimate and found moments that inspire a certain emotion from within, as well as my interpretation of those experiences. Actively living my life from a voyeuristic point of view has shown me that everything around me can be taken as inspiration. Life is poetic, but only if you allow it to be.
